We are looking for a Marketing trainee based in Shanghai.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Communication Manager in Greater China, you will contribute to the development of AIR FRANCE and KLM marketing communication activities in order to achieve optimum customer reach and branding through all distribution channels.
Main duties
Following the guidance given by the Central Marketing team (based in Beijing) for AIR FRANCE and KLM, you will be in charge of the following marketing and communication activities for our Shanghai office:
− To support and arrange follow ups for local promotions and events.
− To be responsible for marketing promotional materials storage and distribution.
− To follow-up Shanghai marketing budget spending and ensure approval of spending by the Marketing Communication Manager.
− To assist the Marketing Communication Manager in all activities where Shanghai local input or coordination is needed.
Qualifications required
− Student with University specialization in Communication and/or Marketing
− Linguistic competencies:
o Mandarin: fluency is mandatory
o English : excellent command both written and spoken - the working language is English
o French: an advantage but not required
− Excellent use of the Microsoft Office tools
− Capacity to work in a multicultural environment
− The successful candidate will be innovative and creative with great team spirit. This role requires drive and initiative, concern for excellence, and flexibility skills.

− Length of the mission: 3 working days per week minimum( more than 3 days will be good )
− Starting date: as soon as possible.
